Boarding station can be changed once per booking:
- Through IRCTC website / app under "Manage Bookings".
- At least 24 hours before the train's scheduled departure from the original boarding station.
- The new boarding station must be a station the train stops at.
- No fee for changing.
Important:
- Once changed, you cannot board from the original station — only the new one.
- If you miss the new boarding point, you cannot board from any other station on the same ticket.
- For confirmed tickets only — not allowed for WL.
