PCFB = Passenger Concession Form for Booking.
Used when booking tickets under any approved concession scheme.
When to use:
- Persons with disabilities
- Cancer / TB / heart patients
- Athletes / coaches
- War widows
- Other approved categories
Process:
- Visit booking station's reservation office.
- Get the PCFB form at the counter (or download from IRCTC).
- Fill passenger details and concession category.
- Attach required documents (PwD card, hospital certificate, etc.).
- Submit with ticket booking request.
- Concessional fare ticket issued.
Note: Most concessions are NOT available online on IRCTC (with some PwD exceptions). Counter booking required.
Documents must be carried at travel time too.
